2026 Proposed Strategic Goals:
- Continue community outreach to engage residents and community groups within the RCPL service area
- Maintain fiscal responsibility and continued funding. Expand funding options that meet library goals
- Develop and implement policies for the necessary functioning of RCPL
- Support staff growth and development as well as a productive and respectful workplace
- Develop a 3-year strategic plan
